The selection criteria is based on the following:

Graduate/Post Graduate with training – B.Ed/NTT (subjects taken in B.Ed must match the main subjects in Graduation/Post Graduation).

Minimum five years teaching experience.

The selection process is thorough, transparent and completely on merit. The school puts insertions in the local newspapers inviting applications from teachers.

The applications and resumes are shortlisted.

Shortlisted applicants are telephonically informed about the date & time of preliminary interview.

Applicant has to go through a few rounds of interviews before selection.
